Outlet Terms

Thank you for visiting our Shine On Outlet, as you may have realised this is a separate site to the main Shine On website.

To purchase from this Outlet you will need to create a new Shine On Outlet account.

Please note that Shine On Reward Points will not work on this Outlet page and Shine On Outlet purchases will not accumulate any loyalty points.

Shine on Store Credits (gift cards) that are issued for Shine On returns or issued as a personal Gift will not work on the Outlet. We apologise for the inconvenience.

 

OUTLET RETURNS POLICY

Outlet products are end of line and/or have been reduced to clear.

All Outlet sales are final and we cannot accept any returns unless a product is faulty, or the wrong colour/size has been sent to you in error.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Sometimes unforeseen faults can happen and we apologise for the inconvenience.

If you have received a faulty item please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your Shine On Outlet account, find your order and click on the ‘Return Request’ option on the right-hand side to proceed. Please follow the instructions through the portal to proceed.

Once we receive your faulty item we will refund you for the item and the return postage will also be included in this refund. Please note that the processing time for refunds is 10 working days from the date in which your faulty item arrives back at HQ.

Shine On reserves the right not to accept the following items (including faulty items) if it falls under the following:

  • Any item of clothing that has not been returned with tags with the exception of AS Colour items
  • Any underwear, swimwear or lingerie items
  • Shoes without boxes
  • Any items of clothing or footwear that has been worn excessively
  • Garments that have been altered in anyway
  • Pierced jewellery
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher
  • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product’s care instructions)

 

Please do not send any Outlet purchases back to the manufacturer.

  

WRONG ITEM HAS BEEN SENT

 

Occasionally we may get it wrong and mistakenly send you the wrong item or size from what you ordered. We apologise for the inconvenience.

If you should receive a wrong item please follow the below steps:

  1. Log into your Shine On Outlet account, find your order and click on the ‘Return Request’ option on the right-hand side.

Please follow the instructions through the portal to proceed.

  1. Once we have received the wrong item notification our team will send you the correct item with a prepaid bag so you can send the incorrect item back to us.
  2. Please do not proceed until you receive the correct item from us.
  3. Once you receive the correct item with the prepaid bag, just pop the incorrect item into the bag together with your Returns Form and write the CRN # onto the outside of the bag.
  4. Please send the incorrect item back to the below address:
